What a workflow is made of
Automation is not one black box. Every build on this page is the same five stages, and you can open any of them.
Trigger
What starts the run: a message arriving, a fixed schedule, a webhook from another system, or a new row in a sheet. Nothing executes unless something asks for it.
Context
The workflow gathers what it needs before deciding anything: earlier messages, a CRM record, a spreadsheet row, a file in storage.
The AI step
Where a model does the part that needs language or an image. Javapixa currently uses Google Gemini here, and this is the one layer designed to be swapped without rebuilding the rest.
Guardrails
The checks that stop poor output reaching anyone: de-duplication, a human review stage before publishing, and rules for when a conversation is handed to a person.
Delivery
The result goes back out: a WhatsApp reply, a scheduled post, a written record, or a row in the system your team already uses.

n8n-wag-daily-summary
Daily WhatsApp group chat summaries built with n8n, go-whatsapp-web-multidevice, PostgreSQL, and Google Gemini. Messages are ingested by webhook and de-duplicated, then a nightly job produces topics, action items, and statistics per group, with each group isolated so one failure does not stop the rest.
