ISP Management System with Billing, Bandwidth Provisioning, RADIUS Authentication and Seven Role-Based Applications
PT Selaras Citra Terabit is a regional internet service provider operating across Yogyakarta and Central Java. Javapixa built its ISP management system in PHP CodeIgniter: subscriber billing, automated bandwidth provisioning, RADIUS authentication and network monitoring brought into one platform, then opened up through seven applications, one per role.
The Problem
Running an ISP means handling several interlocking things at once: who is subscribed, how much bandwidth they get, whether they have paid, and whether the network is healthy. When those live in separate places, one subscription change becomes several manual jobs. The number of roles involved, from customer through to NOC, compounds it: each needs a different view of the same data.
The whole flow was brought into one platform, so a subscription change feeds provisioning and billing without manual steps in between. Authentication runs through a RADIUS server, and network monitoring sits on the same dashboard rather than in a separate tool. The interface is split into seven role-based applications, so each role sees its own work instead of the entire system.

Subscriber Billing
Invoices are generated automatically from the subscription plan, so the finance team is not preparing them one at a time each cycle.
Automated Bandwidth Provisioning
A plan change feeds straight through to the bandwidth allocated, with no separate manual step after the customer switches.
RADIUS Authentication
Subscriber authentication runs through a RADIUS server wired to the same subscription data.
Network Monitoring
Network status reads on the same dashboard as customer data, so an outage can be tied to who it affects.
Service Tickets
Fault tickets are recorded in the same system, so field technicians and admins read the same status.
Seven Role-Based Applications
Customer, finance, reseller, NOC, marketing, manager and super admin each get their own application over the same data.
