Automated SEO Content Pipeline with n8n, Gemini and Direct Publishing to Ghost CMS

Automated SEO Content Pipeline with n8n, Gemini and Direct Publishing to Ghost CMS
Javapixa built an AI-driven SEO content pipeline for Arrietty in Canada. Keyword research, search intent extraction and long-form drafting run as a single n8n workflow with Gemini as the writing engine, and the result publishes straight into Ghost CMS with its metadata, internal links and heading structure already in place.
Connecting a language model to a CMS is the easy part. The hard part is making the output consistently publishable: one house format, correct heading structure, internal links that make sense. Without that, the automation only moves the work from writing to rewriting.
The prompts were tuned iteratively against the house format rather than simply asked for an SEO article, so output arrives in the structure the CMS expects. Metadata, internal linking logic and heading schema are applied inside the workflow instead of added by hand afterwards. Error handling and API orchestration were built in so one failed call does not halt the pipeline or publish a half-finished article.

The workflow starts from keyword research and search intent extraction, so articles are written for questions people are actually asking.
Prompts were tuned iteratively against the client's format, so output is consistent and does not need restructuring each time.
Structured metadata and heading hierarchy are applied inside the workflow rather than added after the article exists.
Internal links are decided by rules inside the workflow, so new articles connect to existing ones without hand-editing.
Finished articles are pushed directly into Ghost CMS, so there is no copy-paste stage between the pipeline and publication.
A failed API call is handled inside the workflow, so it neither halts the pipeline nor publishes a half-finished article.
A detailed look at how we brought this project from concept to reality through our proven methodology.
Established the house format the output had to meet, then tuned prompts iteratively until results were consistent.
Built the n8n workflow from keyword research through to publication, including metadata, internal links and heading schema.
Added error handling and API orchestration, ran publishing tests, then handed the workflow over to the client.
