Personal Profile Site for a Career Record, Publications and Community Work
Javapixa built the personal profile site for Irjen Pol (Purn.) Drs. Achmat Juri, M.Hum., whose career in the Indonesian National Police included a number of senior appointments, among them Kapolda and Governor of the Police Academy. The site organises that record into a timeline a reader can follow, alongside his articles, media gallery and community work. Built on WordPress.
The Problem
A career this long lends itself to a list of posts and dates, which is accurate and tells the reader nothing. What was needed was an arrangement that lets someone follow the progression, while giving the writing and the community work room without either sinking beneath the appointment history.
The career is laid out as a structured timeline, so its order and context read rather than merely list. Articles, press coverage and the gallery each get their own section instead of merging into a single stream. Community work sits alongside the career record rather than as an afterthought at the foot of the page.
